The firm carries out Integrated Human Resource Capacity Development covering both Soft and Hard skills that meet Oil and Gas Industry Standards locally and overseas. Major programs cover Organizational leadership, Entrepreneurial Attitude Development, Process and Organization’s Risk Management, Financial and Management Accounting etc.

The Company also develops courses and curriculum to meet specific human resource needs. The company has over 15 years consulting experience and services built around information technology as a force for driving business efficiency and effectiveness. The company collaborates with other experts in the industry to achieve cross-fertilization of ideas because as it generally said "ideas rules the world".

The company is managed by Dr. Rawlins Orobogha. Dr Rawlins Orobogha holds a Doctorate Degree in Business Administration (DBA) with specialization in Management from the prestigious Anaheim University, California, USA. He is also a Chartered Accountant and a fellow of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). He holds a B.Sc. degree in Economics from the University of Lagos, Nigeria, and MBA from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka.
